Hey. All day I have been having problems with my messages. I cannot get anyones messages and I cannot join other peoples games. How do I fix this?

i had this happen a while back i think i may of deleted my account then recoverd it or i just waited like a week and it stopped sorry i couldnt give you the right info though.
