Delete the Multiplayer Progress for Splt-Screen. Go back into Split-Screen, and start a game up. Kill yourself, and then go back to your memory. You should have a new Split-Screen data, now just follow the tutorial.

does it show up instantly when you mod your callsign prestige? and also does it give you a token if you've never prestiged in that game?
