The sig itself is good but the text ruins it. I would try lowering the opacity and maybe trying to make it closer to the render.

The text really lets you down, also the paint spallter coming off his back doesn't suit the surrounding textures. Look's out of place and un-even.
Also why not add a inner stroke of 1px, it created a good effect for the outline.

As you can see above the paint splatter is consistent with the render. It seem's you copied this idea (which is fine) but doesn't match your background textures/
