Hello I was looking around on the net and found a nice PC hacking website (Most will probably already know it but what the hey) and found a 100% working hacking tool here are the features.
All credit for making the hack goes to w00tare over at the website I'm just letting anyone that doesn't know about it know

Level: Change your level from 1-80
Prestige: Change your prestige from 1-10
Perks: Unlock all pro perks
Weapon exp: Change your weapon EXP
Tokens: Add prestige tokens
Kills: Edit your kills on the leaderboard's
Deaths: Edit your deaths on the leaderboard's
K/D ration: Change your kill death ration (I suggest you make it accurate to your kills and deaths)
Wins: Edit your wins on the leaderboard's
Loses: Edit your loses on the leaderboard's
Accuracy: Edit your accuracy on the leaderboard's
Win streak: Edit your win streak on the leaderboard's
For the leaderboards to change you need to play at least one game and currently the weapon exp doesn't work but should be soon.

So far they have not done any banning on the PC and I have been 10th from day three. (using another program) and so far have not got banned.
