i somewhat understand the install well not really but why or what do u use it for.

A JTAG is a modified Xbox 360 console.
There are Falcon(Zeypher) Xenon and Jasper.
Basically you can modified games.
For example you can get yourself 10th prestige on call of duty.
You can do alot more with Jtags too.

Well first of all a jtag is a normal xbox that is modded to be able to run unsigned code. ( modded files, home brew, etc...)
Most people use them to do mods that you can't do with save editors or hex editors like modding their level in cod.
They can also be used to install games to the HDD so that the disk is no longer required.
Another great thing about a jtag is you can download arcade game trials on your retail xbox and unlock them on the jtag, and you can run emulators such as Genisis, gameboy, ps1, and mame.
I think I covered just about everything a noob needs to know
