There is none.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's not going to happen. If you are wanting to get 15th on BO you can either play legitly or look for a trusted seller that offers recovery service (though you still run the risk of a ban).

Again, there is no public 15th/XP/Prestige exploit for BO, MW2, or MW3. Hate to break it to ya...
