Will anybody please verify my paypal, unlimit it and make it so i can recieve and give payments.
I have some money on my other paypal, but i want to move it all to this paypal.

I would, but i can't. I recommend just buying a prepaid debit card from local stores. Price range is about $25-100 Mostly $25 though, with $3.95 purchase fee.

Man, I think you should just buy a prepaid card. You'll have to be lucky to find someone that would consider in verifying your paypal for you.
