Modio and Horizon wont work...

Hi, ive been trying to mod dead island, i got the gamesave from my HDD and all but i cant open modio or horizion, i have tried EVERYTHING and i would really appreciate it if you could mod my account, everything maxed out level 50, all weapons, anything helps thank you Smile

try deleting modio and horizon that should work

try running as admin or running as windows vista pack 2
