Actually yes it does mean ghost can't be in it...You see if Infinity Ward put two characters with the same voice into the game it would make a lot of people confused. I understand that sometimes they use the actor for different characters like in Black Ops but the other character had a completely different voice. Ghost and Wallcroft have the exact same voice therefore Infinity Ward wouldn't put Ghost in the game.Now suck it up and face the fact that the character that didn't even have an important part in the game is dead.
