Hi i need a tutorial to root the HTC Wildfire and are there any risks from doing it.

This one is good, but you must be on android 2.1 eclair and .01 HBoot.

Find out your HBOOT but putting the phone into recovery by turning it off, and holding the power and volume down button. Then see the number at the top, it will be either xxxxx.01 or xxxxx.02
