The servers are having troubles and are currently down.

Why you ask?

The game just came out, millions of people are trying to connect at the same time. The servers can't handle it.

The server doesn't suck, it just wasn't made to have millions of people connecting all at once.

The servers will be up soon (maybe about an hour) so don't freak out and take it back to the store.

I hope this clears some things up, and sorry if I left out some things, but I gotta go soon and am in a hurry.
