Will any of the DLC's such as Mechanic Baird, Savage Kantus, Savage Granadier Elite Be released on Xbox LIVE MarketPlace for Download ?

It would be a shame if it would because whats the idea of Pre-ordering the game if you dont get anything rare, Exclusive such as the cool DLC codes?

I doubt there will be as people pre-ordered to get their character, it would be a shame to put them on the marketplace seeing as they sell for at least $20.
