Online stats? Horizon is the only way, may some for campaign are out there.

exactly what program do you use to open the playerdata and code it yourself instead of useing someones program that does it for you

i do agree it doesnt make sense how horizon is the only program to mod gears stats, if they coded it theirselfs than that would mean anyone who knows about that kinda stuff can crack it and give it out for free?
