Will they ever make the beta unlock of cole train unlockable or put him on the markeyplace

but u can unlock him with horizon ( if u are diamond )

I'd say yes, because Game Developers are very greedy.
I know it was a beta unlock but they did the same with RDR's Limited Edition and Black Ops Hardened Edition Content.
