I don't see why they are even deleting a lot of threads in the rants arn't people supposed to let all of there stuff out on here it isn't supposed to be peaches and cream and I was having a perfectly relevant topic of a contest in the contest / tournament area of the forum titled "the race to the tenth page" and apparently I was spamming now prior to deciding to create this contest I had viewed the rules @ Forums/rules.html and I looked at the `spam` definition. now I quote "We do not tolerate spam. In short, do not post small or useless posts that are not relevant to the topic being discussed." and keep in mind I had one thread in which the objective was to comment a lot on it along the race to the tenth page. now let's review other definitions of spamming according to the rules. "Do not PM a moderator or admin numerous times saying the same thing to try and speed up an answer/problem. We receive the PM's you get. There is no need to keep sending it." this doesn't even apply to my situation. next, "Forum sigs are to be used respectfully, thetechgame already has to display ads to cover the running costs, so don't annoy our members by making your sig into your personal ad revenue opportunity. (ie: advertising and/or reference/affiliate codes in your sig is prohibited). " again not even relevant to my situation. and lastly, "Advertising on The Tech Game is strictly prohibited." which again, is not relevant to my topic within the contest/tournament section of the forum. while engaging in the contest of being first to reach the tenth page. now I will also note that apparently I was scamming as well, and I had remarks brought about suggestions to cut my throat with an axe by the other forum posters. so I honestly think that before locking a thread the mods need to thoroughly examine it before concluding irrelevance to the topic and make sure that if it is breaking one of the written rules that it meets at least one of the standards. now that's my rant get at me mods lets see how quick you silence me :arrow:
