gpu: asus hd 6870 directcu black edition factory overclocked
RAM: rip jaws g skill 8GB 2x4GB
HDD: western digital 1.0TB x 2
power supply: Corsair HX520
case: antec 9000
cooling :water cooled assited by 4 fans and artic thermal paste
soundcard: sound blaster x4
OS: win 7 64bit
extras: lighting, fan control,overclocking ati overdrive, flip up temp panel with 3x usb and 4 mc slots,internal dos box (runs dos) plz rate and give me tips aswell as faults

Are you building this yourself?

The build seems OK. I'd switch around parts ( I.E: Spend less on the case/soundcard and more on the CPU / GPU ). Performance > appearance. You're going to be the only one seeing it.

With a $1,000 budget, you can get a 2500k build..which blows this out of the water.
