So here it is. I made a preview for it a little back when, but with school sports and other things its been hard to finish it. I would have made a video, but the software i was using made a 20 second video 751 mb 0.o so uploading a 3 minute 8.06 gb video wasn't an option. So i provided you some nice pictures. If you can record please do, the video i have is from a long time ago.
Other things about the patch:
The shader and the text on my TV are all the way to the right and left with no space, so i dont know. If you want to fix it go ahead. I am a messy coder, don't flame. The cfg doesn't work with this high of a patch, but if you replace it with a lower tu patch then it works.

Zondrina ac130, forge menu, and noclip
Blackburn inital base menu, but i made it into dual menu so kuddos to both of us.
Streamzz took your text to lazy to make it or even change it haha.
lost for the jet pack
i think lost again for the kamikaze
apathy i believe for the achievements
not sure about nuke plane
not sure about teleport
not sure for rocket pistol
not sure about shoot nukes
not sure about forge mode
not sure about gold crossbow
and purp kush for the fire vision
i made every thing else.
