I'm not saying you are wrong but this is from my knowledge. I heard authority wouldn't do anything over virtual items like in this case. Now saying if he stole the account which had membership on it paying with a credit/debit card they could cause in a way it is basically identity theft since you have personal information on the account.

This is what I've been told.

Which is true. He did buy it with a credit card but he purchased virtual items. Who knows how it can turn out. I'm actually really curious now.
