Why do you think you can sell them on Ebay
or why you cant buy from Wal-mart or any other store
just like a Modded controller

I actually think to some sense it is illegal though. Because its modifying the system, and the Xbox Live agreement probably has something about, I dunno, this would be a good question for a lawyer haha. The making and having a JTAG I imagine isn't illegal, but the whole selling and buying it is. Hence why M$ is starting to get some websites closed. I dunno though.
