I have all the files and stuff I just don't know how. Could someone point me to a tut or just plain old tell me.

whenever I extract the config blocks and kevault I don't get a data folder I just get a folder named kevault that has two files called KV_dec.bin and KV_enc.bin. Oh I also get this file config.bin

Can anyone help please!

The config file is your SMC configuration.

You want to delete the encrypted KV and use the decrypted KV. Just rename it from KV_dec.bin to KV.bin and then it should work fine.

Also I would like to note that you should always make a backup of your current nand before updating. That way if you do anything wrong in building your image and you get a faulty image you can simply put your nand which you were using before you updated on a USB and boot to Xell so xell will flash the nand on your USB drive and basically fix itself.

The config file is your SMC configuration.
