Not sites but programs. you can use many.
My favorite are Gimp and Photoshop.

Google them Gimp is free.

You can either use Cinema 4D, Photoshop or GIMP. There's other image editing programs but those are the most popular ones to use. Photoshop and Cinema 4D are paid programs although GIMP is completely free and can be downloaded from their website. Go to Google and type in GIMP and you'll find results.
