Hi there, I just started a server and basically need some help setting up some of my config files, if you are experienced in writing them, I will pay you $1.50 or make you an admin on my server. If you think you can make a config file so there is the following groups: Guest,Member,Mod,Admin,Owner and make it so Guests can't do anything, Members can build and set their home, Mod can mute, admins can ban, and owner can do everything. The only ones who can spawn items are the Admins and owner, If you think you can do this, then please send me a PM with the Config file in it, and then I will pay you the money, or you can become a staff on my server

I have used a program called MCAdmin which i think can do this and it hosts the server for you, but i could not host i have to foward my ports i think
google MCAdmin and try find it
