Hi there,

As BT Infinity (Fiber Optic) has just been installed in my local area I am looking to swtich to BT. I am currently paying a huge amount of broadband, tv, phonecalls etc.. So I am looking to buy an all-in-one package.

I would like to buy the BT vision, they offer 2 packages;

Essential Pack

This TV package gives you:

Access to Catch Up TV for the best programmes from BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5
A taster of BT Vision's On Demand Film, TV, Kids and Music
Additional On Demand programmes from 50p a show
No broadband usage charges: All your On Demand and Catch Up is exempt from your monthly BT Broadband allowance
Digital set top box to pause, rewind and record Freeview TV
Only 5 a month
Please note, if you selected an 18 month TV, Broadband & Phone package which comes with TV Essential included, you will not be billed the 5 shown on this page

Unlimited access

to your favorite films and shows, so you can watch as much as you want, as often as you like.

Key features:
Unlimited access to all on demand shows as often as you like and whenever you want
Includes TV Catch-up TV for the best TV programmes from the past seven days from BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel Five
Plus watch Box Office Film blockbusters from 2.50 a movie

Currently:

(A Month)

Sky - 65
Internet - 20
Homephone - 40

BT are currently offering a BT infitity + calls + TV and Sky (Sky sports) for 70 pound a month.

I would like to hear some of your stories on the BT infitiy customer service and especially their BT vision packages.

Could you please offer me some help?
