Cities: Skylines – Green Cities released today on Xbox One and PS4. This is the game’s seventh expansion on console from developer Colossal Order and Paradox Interactive.
You can check out the release trailer below.
The expansion, if you couldn’t already tell, adds 350 new assets to the game to enable the player to craft eco-friendly cities in order to attract only the hippest and most vegan of citizens. Players now have the option to zone with eco-friendly buildings, create new parks, and force everyone to drive electric cars.
The DLC also adds new specialized buildings and alternate service buildings as well as new leveled-up specializations, which is a brand new mechanic added with this expansion. Players can experience three new scenarios, four new policy options for you to dictate and rule over your city, and a giant green monument to show just how special your city is.
Cities: Skylines – Green Cities released originally on PC back in October 2017 for PC. You can get it now on the Xbox and PlayStation stores for $19.45. It’s been almost four years since the game originally came out on PC, but in that time it has grown to surpass its predecessor SimCity and currently has a score of 85 over on Metacritic.
