So my friend sent me a snapchat when i was in bed of my acc playing NFL 15 and i never had any NFL games so the next morning i signed in on 360 and it said this profile was last signed in on another console. Ive tried to change my email but i cant. If i change the passwors will they still be able to get on my email and XBL profile?

If they have the account on their Xbox 360, there is no point of changing the password. As if they know how to bypass security proofs.

Change your password and I'm sure on the xbox.com website there is a place where you can make the xbox consoles linked to your gamertag have to redownload the profile. That'll kick him off for sure.

change your password and on your email set up a 2 type security method

3. go to xbox settings
4.go Xbox 360 profile protection
5.click require profile download
