Somebody I have seen is selling their gaming Rig.

Parts are:

Intel I7 37770k 3.5GHZ , CAN BE OVERCLOCKED TO 4.00 GHZ

Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Motherboard

16GB DDR3 Corsair Ram

Gigabyte Geforce gtx TITAN 6144mb GDDR5 Pci Express only a year old and hasnt been stressed or overclocked but can be to gain even more power. The GTX TITAN is the most powerful cardout there and cost over 800 alone

OCZX Powersupply

Blu Ray rewriter

Lian Li PC-Z70B Big-Tower USB 3.0 Case - Noise Dampened

1TB Hard drive

Windows 7 Ultimate

Is this worth 1150 Pounds - Says its 18 months old from Overclockers.

Thanks.

I wouldn't buy it myself, you can get the same results from newer hardware for less money.

Is the GTX Titan not any good any more? What new card could outperform that?

Thanks.

It's a great card, but only worth the money if you need the FLOPS. If you don't know what that is then you don't need it.

Haha, no idea what that it.

Just want a gaming PC that will allow me to play current and future games on max settings.

I've got my Mac for rendering so it's all good.

Thanks for the heads up.

If you have a budget, list of what you need, and the use of the computer then we can put a system parts list together for you.

Mmm, thing is though.

Since my age of 15, although I love computing etc... and study Computer Science.

Spending atlas 1000 of hard earned cash.

I don't want to mess it up and there it goes.

Thats whats put me off, looking onto eBay etc... or prebuilt ( Even though they rip you off ) .

I know there are tons of videos on youtube etc... But I just don't want to mess it up.

Not sure to be honest.

Its like lego, different parts go into specially made slots so you can't misplace as long as you read the manuals. Check full build guides from youtubers and you'll see how a full build guide takes and what you have to expect.

Mmm.

My Budget is about 1100 pounds.

I will need a monitor too good enough for gaming.

Specific uses: Pure gaming, maybe a little school work.

No other peripherals, except maybe a mouse and keyboard, will just see how much is left.

This is what i'd get, its got more than enough power for a great gaming experience. All of the parts here are compatible and will work together out of the box. The parts are from a UK retailer [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
