So im looking at my screen alot throughout the day , Im currently working on my portfolio (Graphic design) so spending alot of time on computer based work , Then usually if i get time off from doing that , Im either watching a movie , YT videos or playing on a console , But mainly because im using the computer so much for Graphic work , I start to have problems with my eyes espically if im using the computer most of the day as i have been over the past 1-2 working on my portfolio , So im thinking of picking up a pair of Gunnar optiks as im always going to be working on improving in graphics and therefore i dont see the sitation getting better unless i do something about it , So have any of you guys tried them? , Or do you have any other suggestions etc? (Ive tried Flux btw and its rubbish , I really didnt see much of a improvement and it seemed really annoying and it also messes with the colours when doing Graphic work)
Also how much are they , Im hoping they are not much but i think there is quite a few models of gunnars so any info on them would be great too thanks.

More of a gimmick if anything else.
Try to get frequent breaks when you can.
You may need actual prescription glasses so maybe go and see an eye doctor.

You may need actual glasses, try to take regular breaks and when you do don't sit in front of another screen, go for a run or something

When you buy Gunnars you are paying for a premium pair of glasses.
There are other companies that offer the exact same thing but 60% cheaper.
Here are a couple others:

To both i have actual glasses , But i rarely use them as i rarely need them , They were only really good when i was driving but for everyday im fine without glasses , If i went back would they be able to give me glasses specifically for improving the use of computers or are gunnars/ or the other suggestions the only option?

I own a pair (Thanks to -Swift) and I'd say they've greatly reduced the pain I used to have in my eyes when I'd stare at my TV/laptop for most of the day. My eyes don't get all dry when I wear them nor do I get some weird twitch that used to happen.

I love the Gunnar brand and the quality of their products.
And I found those just a couple months ago after I bought my Gunnars. Just showing you other options.
