If you want this on your jailbroken device follow the simple tutorial,
1 - Go to cydia
2 - Add this source - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
3 - Download SpringWatch from this source
4 - Respring
5 - You will have the IWatch layout on your IDevice just like in the image below.

Don't think it does mate? It's not the best anyway you can't press on anything at all and they arnt even the apps that are on your device, just random ones
