What other components do you already have? The 650 is a very low-end card.
The HCG series is great but you can save money by getting a cheaper unit like the Antec VP-450, XFX Core 450, or Corsair CX430.
The Source 210 will do but if you can afford even a slightly better case, I strongly suggest you get it. The Corsair 200R comes to mind.

Since I don't know what you'll be using this for, I can only make general recommendations.

The 750 is a sizable upgrade from the 650 but the R7 265 will be released soon and it is faster for the same price. The 750 (Ti) is a good choice if you need a card that doesn't need a PCI power connector, but that's important here.

What's your budget for the upgrade? What parts other than the 650 do you have?
