Info
Title: Woodcutter Simulator 2013
Genre: Simulation
Developer: United Independent Entertainment GmbH
Publisher: United Independent Entertainment GmbH
Release Date: 19 Dec 2013

Synopsis
Woodcutter Simulator 2013 allows the player to control and operate an entire lumber mill. From clearing woods to the evacuation of the logs, the player has to undertake all arising tasks to complete numerous missions from cutting trees for demanding customers to producing woodchips for heating purposes. Besides heavy machinery like cutter, feller buncher and puller the player can finally simply use a chainsaw for working in the woods. With all this, the Woodcutter Simulator 2013 offers the players a great feeling.

Gameplay
As you will probably imagine, the gameplay is very slow on this game, you start in the middle of no where with nothing more than basic knowledge of how to walk around and a chainsaw. Now you don't get any instructions of what or how to do anything so you're practically put in at the deep end. It took me ages to find out what to do as I found it on Youtube. But I thought that was terrible. Once you do get the hang of what to do it can be quite enjoyable, but until you do, you'll be getting very annoyed. The only reason i persevered with it, is because I've played one hell of a lot of simulators in the past and know how fun the can be if made right. but it didn't get off to a great start at all. Only consider buying this game if you have patience with it, because if you don't, you'll be wasting your money and time.

Graphics
the graphics are really surprising, as the game is easy to run on even low end PC's. The grass quality could be a little better, but it's a small flaw. The tree quality is very good but since that's the main focus of the game, you'd expect that. The general background vegetation and scenery could have better detail, but it's still nothing major. The general detail is very good though, it's very smooth to play which helps loads also.

Controls
The controls are very basic, but for a game like this, basic is good. Very good. I didn't have to change one button. You can change them if you want, but I'm sure you won't need to. You can also play this with a gamepad of some sorts or a mouse and keyboard. I found the mouse and keyboard the easiest option as it's what it's optimized for.
