XBLSE problems for people

I have seen a lot of people saying they are having issues with XBLSE when trying to get online.
I just got my RGH today and was able to connect first try.
I followed this tutorial:

By the way in the video he doesn't mention you have to add the XRPC.xex to the root of your hard drive because when the tutorial was made it must of not came with XBLSE.

i think it may be
i get this "XBLS Enabled" "XBLS Time: blah balh" "XBLS Platinum Stealth - Fully Bypassed" so i think it may be on devons side.
