I just installed it and i dont see what the difference is. What is there to do? Can any one list me a set of things to do on here? Thanks

A lot of stuff with custom ROMs is under the hood.
However, you can apply themes, overclock/underclock, overvolt/undervolt, etc. You also don't have the bloatware applied by carriers and OEMs, and you're on the newest version of Android w/o having to get updates via carrier/oem.
