If you plan on gamesharing with a close friend , relative or just on your 2nd ps4, then read below. This will be work effectively, if you are purchasing content on your main account that you are always playing on.
Log in from your friend's ps4 (or your 2nd ps4) and put that as your home console. Whatever you download on this ps4, can be accessed from any user. The new policy on ps4 states that you can access your content from any ps4 as long as your logged on except that its available to all users on the home console device. The trick is don't make your own ps4 home console if you plan on sharing with someone.
In my case, Im going to going to gameshare with my cousin (he'll do the same).I'll log into my account from his ps4, and put it as my home console. Now he can download from account whenever I buy map packs or something, and play it on his account. On the otherhand, because I will always be on my account on my own ps4, I can still have access to my content as well. If you don't do it this way, then your other friend or buddy will always need to stay on your account to use the content and that you probably don't want.

Was just wondering...
If all the games purchased is done by one user only, and that user decides to revert their own PS4 as their primary.
What happens to the Full Digital Games/Content that was previously shared by the two users?
Will the second user lose all access to the content, even though they both shared the cost?
Another Question:
Will sharing of content between users cause Lag?
For example:
If the two users split the cost of a Digital Game and they take your advice as stated.
Will the users experience Lag or delays if they are both playing the same Digital Content, such as Multiplayer?

You can do the same thing on xbox one and an added bonus is only the primary account needs to have ps + and xbox live gold, also added to what he says. You would make your "Cousins" account the primary on your console and you can use either account to make purchases and share with each other. *(Eg. Take turns buying games)*

-Yes that would, thats why you should only do it with someone trust worthy.
