So whenever I try to load Runescape, it says that "Java(TM) Platform SE 7 U9 has crashed". I'm not sure why this keeps happening. I'm using google chrome but when I use Internet explorer, it says "Internet explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem"
Please help!!!

I would suggest changing your java settings which can be found on your account settings when you're logged into the site. It should be at the very bottom.

There is nothing at the bottom of the page. Is there anything else you would suggest.

Try re-installing java, if not download the runescape client.

Try updating your java is the only thing I can suggest. It's likely that some dll files or other files in your java files could have been corrupted.
