Synopsis(WIKI)
2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa is the official video game for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, published by EA Sports.[4]
The game was announced on 26 January 2010 during a GameSpot interview with Simon Humber, one of the producers of the game, and released April 27, 2010 in North America.[4] 199 of the 204 teams that took part in the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification are included in the game.
A playable demo was released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on 8 April 2010.[6] It includes Italy and Spain as the playable teams, and features the new two-button control method intended to make the game accessible to players who are new to the FIFA series,[6] and the ability to upload video replays to EA Football World.[3]

Graphics
Being a soccer/football game, World Cup delivered quite an amazing graphics experience overall, with various aspects that did not fault in anyway. Character structure was almost perfected, as even for 2010, the graphics were simply amazing, with various detail, missing not an inch of perspective. Along with the character structure, the game delivered some amazing vibrant color design. The variety of colors are widely ranged, and feature some amazing design overall when it comes to colors, and overall design. Camera movements are bit laggy, and may lack some focus and precision at times, but the overall camera movement is quite nice. The scenario is very well designed, even for a standard soccer stadium. Overall, a very nice graphic design.

Gameplay
World Cup 2010 features a standard side of gameplay, when it comes to variety. The variety is not great, but overall not bad. The game modes associated with World Cup 2010 are standard, but feature some great stories to follow, when it comes to choosing your team for the road to the cup. The gameplay structure features some various bugs, and overall has a very laggy feel to it, especially in multiplayer. The various system associated with various kicks, such as Penalty Kicks, corner kicks, and goal kicks are very well structured, and have little if no problems at all with them. The gameplay does have a very fun aspect to it, especially since the overall design system is great, to play with a nice sleek design entirely. Along with that, playing against your friends has never been better, especially since the variety in teams is amazing.

Controls
The controls in 2010 World Cup are overall very nicely structured, and from the beginning you are able to get used to the easy to use controls. The overall lagginess is not as much as a problem then in most soccer games, and the overall nature of it is very nice. The structure is easy to use, and easy to get used to if you're new. They are not too complex, but yet, not too simple. The Penalty Kick System, Corner Kick system, and overall kicking aspects are very nicely designed. There are some issues when it comes to dribbling, and some dribbling concepts may seem complex, but in the long run, the controls are very easy to get used to, and you shouldn't have a problem.

Reception
The reception received for 2010 Fifa World Cup, was more towards the higher scores, and some higher-mediocre scores. The scores usually ranged from 8s - 10s, and sometimes higher 7s, but usually nothing under that. From star based reviews, the game really got around 4 -5 stars, nothing terrible really, and the comments were mostly positive. The game was positively noted for its amazing graphic design, and control system, but negatively appointed towards the laggy concepts, and the lack of variety in its gameplay. Nothing completely terrible though.

FINAL RATINGS:
Synopsis: 8
Graphics: 9.5
Gameplay: 9
Controls: 9.5
Reception: 8.5
FINAL RATING: 9.0 - Great Overall Sports Game, Minor Repetition, And Great Design
