So I sent a guy $10 PayPal.
He said I needed to put something in the notes, which I forgot about.
Now I am getting told that I needed to put that or the money wouldn't go threw.
Is he lying? Because I'm thinking Paypal wouldn't take money and put it Nowhere.

Hes lying, trying to get more money from you. Notes are optional, don't listen to that scammer.

He showed me this.
Sometimes it takes time for the transactions to go through and actually show up. However either way notes DO not matter. Don't send more money.

If the guy didn't verify his paypal email he can't receive money until he does.

Notice how there is no proof that its his account that you sent the money to? Yeah, probably a fake account. Don't trust him, if the money was taken out of your account don't send anymore. People will do anything to get more money. lol

Dispute the payment and notify paypal of his tactics, won't be hard to get your money back. Remember the buyer is always right, and that's the way paypal thinks.
