I just became aware of this shooting from a YouTuber, Philip DeFranco, and thought I should share it with you guys. It is truly sad and disgusting that this can even happen. This has got to stop. I wish the best for the family involved in this.

Castile, an African-American, was a school nutrition services supervisor who was popular among his colleagues and students, according to his employer.
He had been pulled over for a broken taillight, Reynolds explained on the Facebook video. He told the officer he was armed and had a concealed carry permit, she said. Her daughter, 4, was in the back seat.

In a video of the shootings aftermath, uploaded to Facebook, Reynolds calmly describes what happened after the officer asked Castile for his license and registration. He told him that it was in his wallet, but he had a pistol on him because hes licensed to carry, Reynolds says. The officer said dont move. As he was putting his hands back up, the officer shot him in the arm four or five times.

Please dont tell me my boyfriends gone, the girlfriend pleads in the video. He dont deserve this, please. He works for St. Paul Public Schools. Hes never been in jail, anything. Hes not a gang member, anything.
