This overlay looks very professional to say the least, although I'm not sure that the Yellow and Orange colors contrast together that well, and also just pointing out that the first and second captions do not contain a full stop where the others do.

Otherwise the web design looks to be at a good start.

Change the font on that office image. Something smoother and more modern looking.

The yellow is a bit harsh on the eyes as well.

Page One:

Color scheme...
Pick a scheme, and stick to it.
You've got black, Orange, Blue, Yellow... It's too much and it doesn't look good together.
Instead of solid black I'd suggest a dark gray.
Then make that yellow section the same shade of orange you used up top.

The header...
Like I mentioned, the blue hue of this doesn't fit at all.
Also, I'd suggest a different font, and have more spacing between the letters.
Also, definitely remove the bit about being 14.
Just "I am a graphics artist, striving to be a professional" should do fine.

Info Panel...
Again, make this the same orange as up top.
Then I'd make the black icons the same dark gray.
It would look a lot better.
Also, definitely scale them down a bit, and make the words under them larger.

In addition to all that, get rid of the thin black line seperating the header and the yellow bottom part.
A nice sharp, solid, clean cut into the next will look better than having that line.

Page Two:

Again with the color scheme.
Now you're throwing in some orange/tan/leathery color...
If you make the yellow orange, that footer would look good with that same gray.

everything looks well but if i was you i would pick a colour scheme, the colours are abit all over the place but very well done for 14 you have some skill

I've highlighted a few areas...

Make the header image fit the whole area.
If you can't.. there's always a better image that will.

I do like the color scheme but the section where the red is the background is very bright and kind of harsh.
I'd suggest making it a bit duller of a red?

And then like I said, make the icons a tad smaller, and the subject text a bit larger.
And keep that text the same gray color... If you have no other black don't use black.

The word you are looking for is parallax (scroll down site)

The color pop is very eye sore, I'd advise to stick to using plain backgrounds, it's very hard to pull off using a colored background in web design.
