To be honest the voting system, no one really 'cares' about it. Well you care in the slight amount really if you have a good and related comeback to what someone has said no one bothers, it's only when they're angry or 'slip' but just ignore it, the end of the day it's just a number.

I'd rather passively tell you that your statement's dumb as shit than start an argument. When a large majority of the people who fight on this site are younger than 15 you have a better chance at evading Dog The Bounty Hunter than getting through to them.

I don't mind it when people down vote IF they come back explaining why they disagree. If you down vote and don't explain why what they said is wrong, you're just being a dck. That is unless someone else already explained it.

On the serious subject, yes I do agree with you in some ways. I don't care about thumbs up as much then again I do. That tells me if I'm doing the right thing so pretty much a feedback feature I take it as. I hate users who like to troll and use dankmemes and all that nonsense. At the end of the day it's just a number for now.If it's the same people over and over again you know they don't have anything else to do with there time on the site.

Just ignore them, only care if they call you out in PMs/Is or in a forum post. If that happens you reach one of the staff members and we'll take care of them.
