Now the beta is over. How did the Black Ops 3 beta effect your decision on the game and the overall cod franchise?
Personally, when I first saw the trailer and saw they had wall running and boost in it I though here we go, going to be crap like Advanced Warfare.
But after playing the beta I have totally changed my view on the game. This is best COD I have played since black ops 1.
I didnt mind the wall running or the boost since I saw them as a mechanic to get from point A to point B. I felt the game play was similar to Black Ops 1 which I enjoyed. There wasn't really from what I saw a gun that is OP, such as the UMP, Bal 27 etc.. in previous CODs.
And finally, it was a COD game I could sit there and play by myself with, where as Blops 2 and AW I had to be playing with mates to get some sort of enjoyment out of it.
I really enjoyed the beta, of course there are some minor bugs they can fix, but it was only a beta.
I'm excited for the release of the game now.

100% With you here. I Quit cod after BO2 came out. BO1 is my favorite cod of all time and even though BO3 has different mechanics it still has that same feel. The scoreboard is the same as BO1 and i would say the way you aim feels like BO1 which really made me stick to this game. I played for over 6 hours a day and i havent done that in years so they definitely did something great here. I am actually very excited for this game.
A side note: I seem to be very good at this game compared to bo2. I was also very good at bo1 so that excited me definitely ready for this game!!

I was really impressed with how the game has been made. You can't jump ridiculously high etc etc, Everything is just right imo

Same here, it's been a awhile since I picked up a COD like that. Black Ops has been the best series within the series and I'm actually looking forward to how it turns out. I could do without the boost and wall walking though - but I guess thats what we get for future war games.

I did not like any Black Ops games and was not looking forward to the 3rd. After playing the beta, i think i fell in love.
