He meant sideways make the words acid fit into the bubble sideways so you basically squeeze them inside the fat green part of the bubble.

I would fix the problem right here. It is overlapping needs to either be joined together or just align the anchor points a little better

I used AI to start with (get the design) but then switched to photoshop ;)
