I know that the doppler series consist of: Ruby Sapphire Black Pearl and Phases 1-4 but I don't know what phases are more expensive. Could someone shed some light and tell me what order do they go price wise? Like: 1. Black Pearl 2. Ruby 3. Etc

You wont find a super duper rare doppler like a black pearl, ruby and sapphire. You'll just get a normal looking doppler so its up to you to be honest.

To get more rarer phases look on redit,csgolounge, etc thats were people trade those skins

Black Pearl is the rarest phase of the Doppler. On the Steam market you will only find the lower phases. Black Pearl, Ruby and Sapphire won't be on there. Look on OPSkins if you are wanting one of those 3. I own a Sapphire and think it's the best on in terms of looks, but hey that's me.

Depends on the knife. You really won't get a good deal for a phase2,4. If you want a nice doppler I would get it off of a site like opskins.
