What is your budget and currency? Around 500 GBP but I can probably go 100-200 up if I don't go crazy with buying games

as for the Kb & Mouse just get both cheap to start you off and do the job until you can gather more money together.

Yes it will. The 380 is a great GPU, and it'll max out most games.

Grand theft auto 4 on PC runs about as well as a spider with one leg. If that wasn't very clear, it runs like shit. The GTA 4 PC Port was terribly done, and it struggles to get decent FPS on even some of the best rigs.

I have Crossfire Radeon 7970's and average 30-40fps max while playing. However I have talked to people who are running much slower systems (But still decent computers), that run the game no sweat. What I mean by this is, unless you're shelling out for the top of the line Gaming PC, it is hard to tell how well you will be able to run GTA 4.

But GTA V is out for PC, and it runs very well, and with SweetFX and mods being developed for it daily, I would put my sights on playing it, and not GTA 4 on PC.

Edit: I guess I should have considered that OP would rather play GTA 4 than GTA 5 (Considering I did enjoy 4 more than 5....), so if I had to guess, yes your Rig will run GTA 4 just fine framerate wise. But I doubt it will run the port flawlessly

Ahh I'm only wondering I it will run gta 4 because of the modding potential.
I hate to be a pain but what's the max settings this build will be able to run gta 5 on?
If you haven't guessed I'm new to PC gaming so I don't know much about specs etc but know more about resolution than anything else sorry to be annoying

£20 under max budget with one monitor, and cheap kb/mouse combo. Add another monitor when you have the money. Add another 380 in XFire at any point, if you need/want. SSD in there for your OS and what not. OC the 860k a little if you want.
