I've damaged the cartilage in my knee, the pain isn't bad but I will have to deal with it for the rest of my life.

When I broke my arm by far only bone ive ever broke and it looked bad aswell still have the scar today

I broke my shoulder and did some ligament damage to it as well a few years back.

Broke my nose back when I used to do sparring as a kid and I never went to the hospital about it and it healed horribly. It's a bent to the left, it looks hilarious

I remember it like yesterday.
So it was the World Cup 2010 and it was a England match.
We scored a equalizer against Argentina.
Our front room has no wall to our kitchen and the kitchen has a slidy floor.
I slide on my kitchen floor straight into my kitchen table.
The moment I hit it my Chin instantly cracked.
Turns out I completely shattered the bottom half of my right chin and the top half was split into 3 pieces.
To this day I struggle to walk.
God why was I a fuc*ing retard as a 10 year old...
So it was the World Cup 2010 and it was a England match.

My dad has this issue as well. But his knee pad has a crack running down it.

Never had anything major like a broken bone. But one time I split my chin open on the bottom and had to get stitches. Still have the scar lol

Not to be a dick but England never played Argentina in the 2010 World Cup. Last time England and Argentina played each other in a World Cup was 2002 in the group stage.
As for myself I've never had anything too serious. A few strained tendons and a dislocated shoulder.
