If you unlock achievements offline does it have a chance of getting banned?

Yes, don't even bother doing it. I did it recently (offline) and regret it.

They will reset your gamerscore and/or perma ban you

If you do it in moderation you will be fine e.g. 100-300 a day
I done this on a second account and have racked up over 200k gamerscore and still not banned

Yep did that for a second account too but would go to like 1k a day. I even went all out on one game (H4) and unlocked the achievements you must earn online as offline and still no reset, been about two years now.

I did it with Horizon, it costs $5 to use the achievement unlocking tool but sometimes when I use other programs it corrupts my profile which makes it so I have to re-download it on the 360 which gets annoying.
