Step 1. Back up your phone
Step 2. Get a hammer
Step 3. Smash it into 1000 pieces

:trollin:

Just make a backup on your computer and then factory reset it and restore from your back up. Problem solved

Masove wrote I've had my S4 for about a year now. Sadly my battery is dropping at such a rate and charging extremely slowly! I was told by a technician that its bad to use different chargers for your phone because of the voltage output. When my contract is up I think I will be going back to Apple......

I've had the same exact problem, i'm ready for the s6 edge...can't put up with apple anymore

That is another problem with my S4, I'm currently having to use a Nokia charger as my original charger had burnt out in the socket on holiday! It's been sat next to for around 30minutes and its got to 9% -_-
