I have purchased many cars and have gotten loads of money on my Xbox One.

My friend wants help doing Heists on the 360 and none of my stuff carried back over.

How do I get my Xbox One things back on the 360?

You don't.
Once its on the xbox one, they're completely separate characters/progress.
