So i'm jailbroken, when i use 4G on my phone or even use it for a little while the back starts getting hot. When i have it on airplane mode, it works fine. I'm on ios 8.1.1..

Obviously you have too much stuff that requires a Internet connection that the phones CPU can't handle,
No different to a computer, you start doing some heavy gaming or some heavy editing your computer will start to heat up,

What do I suggest? Delete unwanted/unused tweaks, apps and anything alike.

Just asked around, normal iPhone users were having this issue too. Updating seemed to fix this for them. Thanks for the comment. Have some +REP.

The back is aluminium, so it's pretty much heat prone if you ask me; my iPhone doesn't overheat.

Maybe your phone has too many applications open in the background while you're on cellular, or that you have a ton of applications that background refresh frequently. If background app refresh is enabled for a lot of your apps, try turning that off. Just a thought, my iPhone 6 never gets hot (unless its sitting in direct sunlight )
