Hey everyone, I haven't really watched any anime before but I've always had a little interest in it. Now that I am on summer break, I have bit more time to waste on things like this. Can you please recommend a good anime to start with?

With you not giving any type of information like a genre, subtitles or dub, I'm gonna have to suggest Code Geass. It is a show that you should pay attention to but can also zone out and watch too

If you enjoy basketball, it doesn't get much better than Kuroko's Basketball, if you start it you'll have about 3 great seasons to enjoy.

I'd recommend you try,

High School DxD - This show will introduce you to the Ecchi/Harem type anime, so if you like this show I have a ton more Ecchi/Harem shows I can recommend.

Guilty Crown - The show is Sci-Fi/Drama, If you like this one I have a ton of similar ones.

Chobits - This is more of a Romance show, so if you like these kinds of shows and want more. I can give em.

Ore no Nounai Sentakushi ga, Gakuen Love Comedy wo Zenryoku de Jama Shiteiru/My Mental Choices Are Completely Interfering With My School Romantic Comedy - This show is really funny and has a tad bit of romance, if you like comedy type shows I've got those as well.

Akame ga Kill! - This show is Action/Fantasy, this is a good show to watch and if you like it I got more on my list that I've seen.

Those should give you a good Idea of what genre you really like and want more of.

Black Bullet- be warned has some weird Loli shit

Kekai Sensen

Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka- Friend told me it's alright

Kore Wa Zombie Desuka is funny as hell

And of course Sora No Otoshimono

Gurren Lagann, Sword Art Online, and Noragami are three of my personal favorites if you haven't watched any of these I highly recommend
