But his post was completely irrelevant. I wasn't just moaning about the rule breakers, that was just one of the examples to show the point I was trying to make. Clearly he didn't get it. I spend half my time reporting posts and telling members that they are breaking rules and why.

People see things from a different perspective man, you've got to understand that the way you posted it seemed as if you were getting annoyed with rule breakers. I understood how you felt towards it, but his post was quite relevant.. I mean you just need to ignore it. Report and ignore it
You might also take this in the wrong way to, what I am actually saying to you is that it's just how it works on this site, I agree with you that it's annoying, but you've just got to ignore it man

Now where do I even start? Your entire OP is about people irritating you because they're being less-than-ideal members. Am I not correct?
Here's your entire OP, I'm not seeing much other than you being angered by members behavior being sub par.

My reply literally is a solution to all of the problems you listed in the OP, you can report posts for any of the things you mentioned.
I'm failing to see my lack of relevance in the response.
I'll admit it was sarcastic and short, but it was to the point and it solves your problem.
My personal advice would be to take a hiatus and come back, you seem to be taking things a bit on the serious side.
I apologize for the format of this, its a mess.

No one is perfect and if everyone was the world would be a very boring place. There may be spammers, but in my mind I think they obviously enjoy being on the site as they wouldn't post as frequently if they did not.
